Saturday is here again and that means time for a new challenge over at OSCC.
Our challenge theme is celebrations.
Here is my card for the Design Team. I used a 6x6 scalloped card blank and added a backing paper i designed in a craft Artist program. I mattered and layered the stamped image onto nestie shapes. and finished off with baby elements.
